Service
Litron Lasers is committed to providing service, support and spare parts for all of its laser systems.
For all service catagories listed below please CLICK HERE for the online form which will send your request directly to our service department. We will provide you with an RMA number and a quotation for the service and repair if required.
Spare Parts
We hold in stock a comprehensive range of spare parts to support all laser system products that we supply. If you require spare parts for your laser system please use the online form or send an email to spares@litron.co.uk detailing:
· Laser system type and serial number
· Spare part(s) required and quantity
On receipt of the request we will provide you with a quotation and delivery time for the items required.
Non-warranty servicing, repair and calibration
We offer routine servicing and repair for laser systems outside warranty. For smaller laser systems this is usually carried out at our facility and for larger systems we are able to offer on-site service and repair for all laser systems.
If you require a non-warranty service/repair/calibration please use the online form or download and complete the RMA Form PDF file, print and fax it to +44 (0)1788 574888.
When returning products please ensure that:
The product is in the original or equivalent packing material
Is clearly marked with the RMA# provided
The shipping charges are paid and the item is shipped to our UK Head Office address.
Warranty Repair
For systems requiring repair under warranty please use the online form or complete the RMA Form PDF file and send it to service@litron.co.uk or fax it to +44 (0)1788 574888. We will provide you with an RMA number for the return shipment of the item or details of the of an engineer service visit.
When returning products please ensure that:
The product is in the original or equivalent packing material;
Is clearly marked with the RMA# provided
The shipping charges are paid and the item is shipped to our UK Head Office address.

Terms & Conditions
1. Items for warranty repair must be received on or before the Warranty period expiration date.
2. Please mark all RMA numbers clearly on the outside of the packaging.
3. Damage or loss during shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer. Insufficient or inadequate packing may result in loss of warranty.
4. REPAIR WARRANTY: All warranties will be void if inspection finds that products have been misused or altered without authorisation. Products returned with expired warranties are subject to standard repair charges.
5. For repair/service outside warranty all shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
6. For warranty repairs Litron provide a return to Litron warranty. Shipping costs to Litron to be borne by the customer.
7. Products found to have no defect are subject to being shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Inspection fee may apply.
8. In returning the form and requesting an RMA number you deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
